I was a recent graduate ambitiously looking for a job where I could grow. After much searching, I discovered a marketing firm in New Jersey offering a fantastic leadership training program, so I decided to give it a shot.

I’ve been working at the firm for over a year now and have already got the chance to lead my own team, which is exciting. I appreciate the initial encouragement I received, which paved the way for me to become a young business owner. I now strive to provide a similar opportunity to others, and my mantra is, ‘If you are struggling, it doesn’t mean you are failing.’

Therefore, I work hard, and as an individual, I believe my passion sets me apart from others. As a result, I’m always looking for new ways to grow the business while adding value to clients.

I also attribute my success to working seamlessly with like-minded people towards a common goal. It’s enabled me to build close relationships, which is rewarding. It also fills me with immense satisfaction when I can change my employees’ lives for the better.

When I’m not mentoring my team, I love going to trendy restaurants with friends and watching live sports. I played baseball in college and was a three-sport athlete in high school. I like to carry my competitive spirit into my career.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things that matter to me and how they influence how I do business.
